ЁЯЧСя╕П How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data in the following ways:

  1. Via email:
    Send an email to: cktargetteam@mail.com
    Subject: Account Deletion Request
    Include your registered email ID or username.

ЁЯФН What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems:

  • Your user account and login credentials

  • Your name, email address, and profile data

  • Quiz or test history

  • App preferences or settings

  • Any saved progress or bookmarks

ЁЯУБ What Data May Be Retained Temporarily?

Some data may be retained for a short period (up to 30 days) for:

  • Security audits

  • Legal compliance

  • Fraud prevention

These include:

  • Anonymous logs

  • Error reports

  • Payment transaction references (if applicable)

After this period, all retained data will be automatically removed.

  • Immediate deletion from the app interface

  • Full deletion from our servers within 7 days

  • Temporary retention logs auto-deleted after 30 days
